Owner Resales

All owner resale estoppel requests must be submitted online by the current owner for a non-refundable fee of $30.00. Requests submitted by a title company for an owner resale will be rejected. If you need an estoppel update request more than 90 days after the original request date, a fee of $299.00 must be paid in full.

Cost for the Estoppel Certificate is $299.00

Estoppel requests can be obtained online for a nominal fee.

How to request an estoppel
  • Please follow the link below to request and pay the
non-refundable $30.00 online fee.
  • Once the order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to 
the requestor. This email will include a number needed to 
retrieve the estoppel when it is ready.
  • When the estoppel is ready, the requestor will receive another email containing instructions on how to retrieve it.
  • At closing, the payment for the $299.00 estoppel fee and the $100 transfer fee, payable to Premier Community Management, is due. Additionally, the Capital Contribution and the prorated assessment amount payable to the HOA are also due at closing.
  • If the sale for which the estoppel was requested falls through, 
a new estoppel request and payment for the $30.00 fee 
will be required.
